For the purpose of providing mortgage brokerage services CCI Mortgages will act on behalf of the above-named clients to secure mortgage financing on their behalf.
The above information is to the best of my/our knowledge and belief a true statement of my/our personal information. In submitting this information, I/we hereby consent to CCI Mortgages obtaining such credit reports and other information as CCI Mortgages may deem necessary at any time in connection with this application for a mortgage loan. I/We hereby consent to the disclosure of my/our personal and credit information to any credit reporting agency, financial institution, legal firm, title insurance company and mortgage insurance company as applicable.
I/We acknowledge that I/We will be responsible for all usual costs incurred in obtaining this mortgage including, but not limited to legal fees, disbursements, title insurance and appraisal costs. Appraisal costs, where applicable, are to be paid in full to the appraiser at the time of inspection or to the mortgage agent prior to request of the appraisal.
